Senior Plant Sales Engineers

1. Responsibilities
The responsibilities of Plant sales engineer include but not limited to the following:
- Plan and implement marketing activities to approach potential clients who could benefit from the company engineering and project management services in Vietnam.
- Arrange to visit Clients, present and convince Clients how the company’s service fit with Client needs
- Search for suitable partners, subcontractor who the company can consort for project bidding
- Liaising with partners, subcontractors and departments of the company to prepare project proposals
- Clarification, negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, partners, subcontractors
- Manage sales & marketing activities and report to the company’s Management
2. Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in engineering, having at least 8 working experience, of which at least 5 years worked as a Plant Sale engineers in fields of oil & gas, refinery, power, petrochemical plants or similar
- Have general knowledge of oil & gas, refinery, power and petrochemical industrial
- Have basis knowledge of project phase from FS, FEED, EPC and how each phase is executed
- Have basis knowledge of project cost structure to evaluate project profitability
- Familiar with Plant Sales and marketing activities such as search and plant information collection, inquiry, organize meeting, prepare MOM, presentation, clarification, draft project schedule, writing commercial proposal, contract negotiation
- Familiar with bidding activities and bidding practice following Vietnamese bidding law
- Understand current status and vision of oil & gas, refinery, power, petrochemical industry in Vietnam that requires plant engineering and management service
- Mature, resilience and tenacity. Determined to get along with company
- Good communication in 4 skills in both Vietnamese, English (TOEIC score is from 750)
